Northern Bedford Youth Leadership

Each year Youth Leadership Bedford County (YLBC) looks for students who strive to further their knowledge in leadership skills and learn more about Bedford County.  On average, YLBC takes three to four students from each school in the district. Every year, Daily Chandler will come to all the schools of the county and tell the freshman students about YLBC and distribute applications to all of them.
