Li’l Abner Puts the Spotlight on Music Department

From March 14th-16th, high school chorus members, with some “special guests” from the cast and production crew, presented their production of legendary musical Li’l Abner. The musical, based on a comic strip that ran from 1934-1977, was adapted into the current movie version in 1956. Northern Bedford’s cast used scripts from the original comic strips, while incorporating the scores from the 1956 film version. NBC Tritones: Taking Center Stage

  Every year, Mrs. Hull rounds up a handful of young, talented students in the music department to be part of this phenomenal singing and dancing group, called “Tritones”.  This year there are thirteen members that will be part of this outstanding group.
