Damian John Corle is the son of Clay and Dawn Corle.  He was born on November 21, 1994.   Damian is currently enrolled in the university prep classes offered here at NBC.  He is taking Physics 2, Tech Ed, Statics, Calculus, College English, and College Sociology.  The activities Damian participates in both in and outside of school are soccer, wrestling, and varsity club.  Out of all of the activities Damian does, he says that wrestling is his favorite: “You get out of it what you put in.”  Damian’s favorite part of…

FBLA Region 5 Conference

Northern Bedford FBLA members traveled to the Region 5 conference on December 14th to determine the results of their November competition. The competition was held in Johnstown and hosted schools from Bedford, Blair, and Cambria counties. Northern Bedford had five students place first in their competitive fields. They were Virginia Colyer (Business Procedures), Jake Guyer (Computer Problem Solving), Jori Houck (Intro to Business), Macy Gates (Intro to Business Communications), and Connor Hixson (Technology Concepts). Ashley Leone Ritchey, or “Tootie”, is the daughter of Lincoln and Jeana Ritchey. She was born on April 10th, 1995 and is currently enrolled in the university preparatory classes here at NBC. FCCLA Winter Activities

Every year members of Family, Career & Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) get excited around Christmas time, because that means care packages for the elementary students! FCCLA members ask people (dentists, stores, etc.) to get as many products donated as possible. The remainder of the supplies are purchased by FCCLA. The members then take these products and use them to fill packages and baskets full of essential items that students need. Those essentials include: toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, soap, socks, etc. FCCLA even included story books and crayons into the baskets…
