After ending the regular season with a winning record, the NBC Volleyball team was very excited to have made it to playoffs. On Monday, October 27 the Lady Panthers traveled to Berlin to play Shade. This was the last official season week for the Northern Bedford volleyball team. To start off the week, Northern Bedford hosted Claysburg-Kimmel at home on Monday, October 20th. A tragic event happened early today on Wednesday, April 09, 2014 in Murrysville, Pennsylvania (about 18 miles east of Pittsburgh). A sophomore at Franklin Regional High School went on a stabbing rampage with two knives. The attack occurred shortly after 7 a.m., right before classes began.
